Rosh Drive – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments and subscription services made through Rosh Drive. By subscribing to or purchasing services offered by Rosh Drive (“Software”), you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy explains conditions for cancellations, refunds, renewals, and exceptions. It is important that Instructors review this Policy before making any payment. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Rosh Drive.

1. Subscription Payments

1.1 All payments for subscriptions, licenses, or service packages are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Subscription fees grant access to the Software and related services for the chosen billing cycle.

1.3 Payments made are tied to the Instructor’s account and are non-transferable.

2. Free Trials

2.1 Rosh Drive may provide a free trial period for new users to test the Software before committing to a subscription.

2.2 Refund requests will not be entertained once a user continues into a paid subscription after a free trial.

3. Cancellation by Instructors

3.1 Instructors may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

3.2 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access will remain active until the cycle ends.

3.3 No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

- Duplicate payments caused by technical errors.

- Payment processing errors confirmed by our payment gateway provider.

4.2 Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unused services, or user dissatisfaction after service access has begun.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

5.1 Instructors are responsible for reviewing their subscription plan before purchase.

5.2 It is the Instructor’s duty to cancel before renewal to avoid unwanted charges.

5.3 Incorrect account details or delayed cancellations will not be grounds for refunds.

6. Service Modifications

6.1 Rosh Drive reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

6.2 In such cases, refunds may be provided at the discretion of Rosh Drive if the service is discontinued permanently.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

7.1 Instructors must contact Rosh Drive support before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

7.2 Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery of funds.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

8.2 All disputes related to payments and cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

9. Updates to Policy

9.1 Rosh Drive reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with updated terms effective upon posting.

9.2 Instructors are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to stay informed of changes.
